Step 2: Customer Service Department of getlinks.co will receive complaints and feedback from members within 24 hours. Depending on the nature and extent of the complaint, getlinks.co will take specific measures to resolve that dispute within 10 working days.
Step 3: In case it is outside of the capacity and authority of getlinks.co, the Board of Directors will require the member to bring the case to the competent State authority to resolve according to law.

Getlinks.co respects and seriously enforces the provisions of law on the protection of candidates' rights. Therefore, it is recommended that members provide full, accurate, honest and detailed information related to the work content when posting recruitment information on the website. All acts of fraud and cheating are condemned and must be fully responsible before the law.
The parties include candidates, employers will have to play a responsible role in actively solving the problem. It is the responsibility of the employer to provide documents that certify information related to the incident that is contradicting the candidate.Getlinks.co will be responsible for providing information regarding candidates and employers ( related to the dispute) if requested by either party.
After the applicant and the employer have resolved the dispute, it is the responsibility of reporting to getlinks.co administrators. In case the transaction is inconsistent, the error belongs to the recruiter: getlinks.co will take a warning, lock the account or pass it to the legal authority according to the extent of the violation. getlinks.co will terminate and remove all the articles about the employer's content on getlinks.co.
If through agreement, but still unable to resolve the conflict arising from the transaction between the two candidates and employers, one of the parties will have the right to ask the competent law agency to intervene. to ensure the legitimate interests of the parties
