Article 1: General operational
1. Getlinks Co., Ltd. is the direct management and operation unit of the website https://getlinks.co/. Members of Getlinks are legitimate traders, organizations and individuals that are recognized by Getlinks and are allowed to use the services provided by Getlinks.
2. The content posted by users on the website must meet all the provisions of the current law, not violate the prohibited cases in accordance with the law. All website users need to know their legal responsibilities and commit to comply with the terms of service of Getlinks.
3. Organizations, individuals participating in recruitment or job search on the website have the right to agree on the respect of the rights and interests of parties involved in recruitment, based on the employment contract and not contrary to the provisions of law.
4. Recruitment and job search activities on the website are ensured by the policies of Getlinks in order to ensure the rights and interests of the parties.
Article 2: General Regulations
1. For companies: traders, organizations and individuals who need to use the services of Getlinks, including posting recruitment information, posting information on introduction and promotion to the Company.
2. For Talents: individuals or organizations wishing to find jobs or search for job posting sites.
3. For Members: include employers and candidates on the website. Participants on the website need to register an account to use, in which the relevant personal information must be declared, censored by Getlinks, suggestions for correction of information, finalization of application and help companies filter HR records in line with recruitment needs.
Article 3. Transaction process
1. Process for recruiters
- Step 1: Select For Companies.
- Step 2: Recruiters create account on GetLinks Viet Nam website by choosing Recruiter Register ( with recruiters who use the service for the first time). Or recruiters who already have account can log in to the account.
- Step 3: Completing the online application as required by Getlinks in terms of email, name, location,... then confirm email and be able to access the website
- Step 4: Update informations
- Step 5: After Getlinks activates the account, the companies can create jobs to recruit (GetLinks staff will support companies)
2. Process for talents
- Step 1: Select "For Talents".
- Step 2: Job seekers create account on Getlinks Viet Nam website by choosing "Job Seeker Register" ( with job seekers who use the service for the first time). Or job seekers who already have account can log in to the account.
- Step 3: Completing the online application as required by Getlinks in terms of specialization, abilities, desired job, place to work,...
- Step 4: Waiting for response from GetLinks and recruiters when the companies see you match for the position they are looking for. Or you can apply for yourself by clicking on the job that you're interested after updating your personal information.
3. Process of dispute and complaint resolution
- Getlinks is responsible for receiving and supporting complaint-handling of the website users

Email: [email protected] - Getlinks respects and strictly enforces legal regulations on protecting users' rights. Therefore, members using Getlinks's services need to ensure the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of work-related information.
- In case of a conflict, dispute, members including employers and job seekers need to coordinate with Getlinks to process and provide necessary documents to certify. Getlinks can provide information related to employers and job seekers if it is proposed by either party (make sure that the information provided by Getlinks is related to the dispute). When the dispute is resolved, it must be reported to the Board of Getlinks.
- In case the employer violates the dispute and the dispute arises from the employer, Getlinks has the right to warn, lock or transfer the account to the competent authority for approval. Getlinks can remove and remove all infringing content on Getlinks.
- If a dispute is not resolved between the employer and the job seeker, either party has the right to ask the competent legal authority to intervene to ensure the legitimate interests of each party.
- Time for dispute resolution: Depending on the level of dispute to have appropriate processing time. However, if a dispute can be handled within the scope of Getlinks, employers and job seekers, Getlinks is committed to receiving information and supporting dispute resolution in a short time. As possible to ensure all normal activities of employers and job seekers on the website.
Article 4: Payment process
1. Payment process for recruiters
The recruiters/ employers will pay the fee by bank transfer
a. For recruiters who hire only (01) person at (01) time.
- Paying for each rental costs based on the applicant's gross annual salary.
- Recruiters only need to pay when recruit successfully
- There is no limit to the number of interviewees
b. For recruiters who need to recruit multiple positions at (01) time
- Recruiters can recruit job seekers according to their needs.
- Recruiters only need to pay fees once (01) a month.
2. Payment for the job seekers
- The job seekers are not charge in case of finding jobs successfully.
Article 5: Ensuring safe transactions
1. Getlinks use Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to protect information on the content of the website for the purpose of minimizing risks that may arise. All information on the website of Getlinks is confidential and provided only when required by law.
2. Recruiters need to provide full recruitment information and contact information so that Getlinks will conduct the screening of candidates' files in accordance with recruitment needs. At the same time, Getlinks and candidates can get information and authenticate the information themselves.
3. The applicant's profile will be kept confidential from past and present companies.
4. Applicants who receive an interview schedule from the recruiter need to contact and verify the employer's information directly. In the event that the recruiter requires the applicant to pay any fee before the interview, the candidate should be very careful, investigate the information related to the recruiter before making a decision. Getlinks will not be responsible for the damages or risks of the member who have not yet understood the job related conditions. In case of finding employers use programs, tools or other forms to interfere with the system, change the website data structure, Getlinks has the right to handle violations according to the regulations of the law.
Article 6: Keeping customers information confidential
1. The purpose and scope of collecting information when members agree to use the services of Getlinks and register an account there, the members will have to provide some information such as user name, password, address, email, phone number. All the information Getlinks collects aims to ensure all rights of members. Members will be solely responsible for the security and storage of registered account information including account name, password, and email. In the event that members discover illegal acts, violate security policies, information about their accounts, it is necessary to immediately notify Getlinks to make a timely solution.
2. Scope of information usage - Getlinks uses the information provided by its members to:
- Send service announcement email.
- Send information exchanging between candidates and recruiters, job application information sent by recruiters to Getlinks.
- Contact members in some special cases.
- Do not use personal information of members outside of the transaction purposes on the website of Getlinks.
- In case of request of functional agencies, law, the website is responsible for providing information of members. Particularly with requests from the State agencies such as Court, police and control institutes. In addition, no one has the right to violate the member's personal information.
3. Time to store information: Information data of members will be stored at the website until having a request from the member about the deletion. In addition, all this information will be stored on the control system, server of Getlinks

5. Means and tools for users to access and edit their personal data
- Members can log in to the registered account to update, edit, and check their personal data.
- In case of detecting acts of disclosing personal information to a third party, the member has the right to file a complaint with the website management board for confirmation, processing and instructions for members to restore information and confidentiality account
6. Commitment to protecting personal information of customers.
- Getlinks is committed to securing members' personal information. The collection and use of each member's information is only done when the user agrees. (except otherwise provided for by law).
- Not use, transfer or disclose users' personal information to other third parties without the consent of the users. In case of technical errors, software errors or other objective errors leading to the disclosure of information, the Members shall notify the Management Board of GetLinks: Hotline: 01643147838. The management board of getlinks will not be responsible for resolving them in case that the notice of the Members does not reach the Management Board,the issues arise from the technical errors, transmission errors, software or other errors which are not caused by the Management Board.
- In case of force majeure such as a hacker attack, Getlinks will notify the case to authorities for investigation and timely processing.
- Individuals when registering members need to declare full personal information such as full name, contact address, email, phone ... and take responsibility for the legality of the information provided.
- In the event that the initial declaration information is incorrect, the Getlinks Board will not be responsible for nor resolve any claims related to the member's rights.
Article 7: Manage negative information
1. Regulations of using services of Getlinks
- Members will be solely responsible for the confidentiality and retention of activities during the use of their services, including passwords and accounts. When detecting unauthorized acts, abuse, security breaches and retention of names and passwords of the third party, members should promptly notify Getlinks for timely processing.
- Members do not use the services of Getlinks for illegal purposes, fraud, intimidation, illegal information exploration, vandalism ... affecting the system, configuration, information transmission of Getlinks for purposes of violating the law
- In case of violation, the member must take responsibility before the law. Members do not modify, change or disseminate services similar to those of Getlinks to third parties without the consent of Getlinks.
- Members who are not able to spread, act to discredit Vietnamese Getlinks in any form, do not disseminate adverse information to Getlinks
2. Prohibited regulations relating to posting information
- Members must not post content contrary to the traditions and customs, which affect religion, beliefs, unfair competition content, copyright infringement, intellectual property...
- The account name is related to Getlinks, the nick disguises as Getlinks' admin like: Admin Getlinks, Webmaster, combined with the avatar containing GetLinks' logo is considered as a fake GetLinks account. The account name is easy to misunderstand and provoke, violating the fine customs of Vietnam. Processing method is account disapproved.
- The avatar using obscene and pornographic images, political and religious nature, without copyright, contrary to Vietnamese traditions and customs.The avatar of recruiter violates the intellectual property of another unit. The form of processing is Lock the account until it meets the requirements, if the information is not modified, the account will be locked until done as required.
- Contact information is not clear including: contact name, phone number, address, email address. Processing mode is Reminder & Instructions, if the information is not modified, the account will be locked until done as required.
- The title of the post (the title of the application and the title of job posting) must state the following information: Candidate: the title of the application must be the position that the candidate want to apply for: Employer: The title of the job post must be the job position that the employer is looking for. Processing form is Disapproval & Reminder
- In the job description, job descriptions can be presented in Vietnamese and/or English. When presenting in pure Vietnamese language, the language must be accented, not abbreviated, do not use teen language, chat language confusing for readers. The job description must describe the characteristics of the job to be recruited, not described sketchily or not described at all. The listed contents must be completed. Any job descriptions that violate the above rules are not posted, or approved for posting, but the contact information will be removed. The form of processing is Approved but deleteing the contact information.
3. Regulations on providing accurate information.
- The person who posted the job must be responsible for clearly declaring the company information, contact (address, phone number, email ...). Do not spam information in the form of using an account to post company information, different vacancies or taking advantage of buying accounts of Getlinks to post recruitment information to other companies.
- To avoid the situation of some brokers and agents posting information for profit-seeking and illegal activities affecting Getlinks's reputation, if Getlinks detects any registered account for this purpose , Getlinks will permanently lock, publish information and notify applicants without notice.
- The content of recruitment information posted on the site must be for the purpose of recruitment, it must be accurate and have clear contact information.
4. Information control mechanism
- All content before uploading to Getlinks is controlled and censored by the Content Department before being displayed. Content infringement will be deleted completely.
- In case of detecting that the violation of regulations on posting information that doesn't match the category, Getlinks has the right to remove. Getlinks also has the right to decide on the retention or removal of information posted on the website without prior notice.
Article 8: Responsibility for technical errors
1. Getlinks is committed to making efforts to ensure the safety and stability of the entire technical system1.
2. In case of a technical error, you can email: [email protected] to resolve the problem as soon as possible, ensuring that all activities take place on the website.
3. In case of an objective error such as a transmission error, the error information cannot be transmitted to Getlinks or errors not caused by the Management Board, Getlinks will not be responsible for solving.
Article 9: Rights and Obligations of the Management Board of the E-commerce website Getlinks.co
1. Rights of the E-commerce website Getlinks.co:
- Members who register to use the service at the website of Getlinks need to complete the required procedures and conditions of commitment set by Getlinks. Once completed, Getlinks will proceed to provide services to members.
- Getlinks has the right to refuse or stop providing services to members when detecting that members provide false, incomplete information or violate Vietnamese customs and regulations.
- Members who violate the operational regulations of the website or have behaviors that affect the business activities of Getlinks will be notified by Getlinks at least ……… .. month about the termination of service provision for member.
- Getlinks reserves the right to terminate membership rights and use the service when detecting members with fraudulent acts, fake acts affecting other members on Getlinks, violating the law. , or bankruptcy.
- All intellectual property rights that exist in the website Getlinks belong to Getlinks or legal licensing for Getlinks to use. Accordingly, all legal rights are guaranteed. All acts of illegally copying, using and disseminating information above are strictly prohibited.
- Getlinks are free to change the service price, payment method during the time of providing services to members according to the needs and capabilities of the website.
2. Obligations of the Management Board of the E-commerce website Getlinks.co:
- Request traders, organizations and individuals to provide information according to Article 29 of Decree No. 52/2013 / ND-CP(only Viet nam) when registering to use the service. Include:
- The name and address of the business or organization's head office or the name and permanent address of the individual
- Business registration certificate, number, date of issue and place of issuance, or number, date of issue and unit issuing Business Registration Certificate of the organization, or personal tax code of the individual.
- Phone number or another online contact method. - Publicizing on the homepage the operational regulations of the website in accordance with Article 38 of Decree No. 52/2013 / ND-CP(only Viet Nam) ;monitor and ensure the implementation of that policy on the website.
- Check and supervise to ensure the information provided by employers on the website is done accurately and completely.
- Store registration information of traders, organizations and individuals who are members of the website and regularly update relevant new and additional information.
- Apply necessary measures to ensure the safety of information related to business secrets of traders, organizations and individuals and personal information of users.
- Members will be solely responsible for the confidentiality and storage of all activities of using the service, password of their mailbox and account.
- Members are responsible for promptly notifying Getlinks of violations, unauthorized, abusive names or account passwords to collaborate and handle.
- Publicly announce the mechanism for settling disputes arising in the process of e-commerce trading platform. It is the member's responsibility to provide all necessary information when a dispute occurs between employer and job seeker. When conflicts arise between job seekers and employers or compromise legitimate interests, they must provide job seekers information about employers, actively support job seekers to protect their lawful rights and interests. The member who is the employer is responsible for compensating the job seeker if the error is found by the employer.
- Members are responsible for the content, images and information of enterprises ..., members commit not to post information that violates the law, contents affecting copyright and intellectual property.
- Members commit not to use the services of Getlinks for illegal purposes, affecting the reputation of Getlinks, frauds, threats, information leaks, vandalism. It is up to the member to take full responsibility.
- Members commit not to copy, spread, distribute and provide similar services to Getlinks to any other third party.
Article 10: Rights and obligations of the recruiters
1. Rights of the recruiters:
- After registering an account, members can post information related to information on Getlinks website.
- Members are granted an account with a password to use, manage employment records and job search records.
- Members will be instructed to use the utility tools depending on the intended use.
- Members have the right to comment on Getlinks about the entire process, service .... Recommendations are mailed or sent directly.
2. Obligations of the recruiters:
- Members will be solely responsible for the confidentiality and storage of all activities of using the service, password of their mailbox and account.
- Members are responsible for promptly notifying Getlinks of violations, unauthorized, abusive names or account passwords to collaborate and handle.
- Publicly announce the mechanism for settling disputes arising in the process of e-commerce trading platform. It is the member's responsibility to provide all necessary information when a dispute occurs between employer and job seeker. When conflicts arise between job seekers and employers or compromise legitimate interests, they must provide job seekers information about employers, actively support job seekers to protect their lawful rights and interests. The member who is the employer is responsible for compensating the job seeker if the error is found by the employer.
- Members are responsible for the content, images and information of enterprises ..., members commit not to post information that violates the law, contents affecting copyright and intellectual property.
- Members commit not to use the services of Getlinks for illegal purposes, affecting the reputation of Getlinks, frauds, threats, information leaks, vandalism. It is up to the member to take full responsibility.
- Members commit not to copy, spread, distribute and provide similar services to Getlinks to any other third party.
Article 11: Rights and obligations of the job seekers
1. Rights of the job seekers:
- After registering, the Candidate will be provided with an account and a password to use and manage their application profiles.
- The job seekers can apply for all jobs available on Getlinks.co
- The job seekers can give feedback for GetLinks Vietnam about the complete process and services, etc. All feedback will be sent via mail or post office.
2. Obligations of the job seekers:
- The job seekers will hold all responsibilities about security and records of all services used, the password of their mails and accounts.
- The job seekers are responsible for promptly notifying Getlinks Vietnam of any account/ password abuse, unauthorization or violations for solutions... The job seekers are solely responsible for the content and photos and information of the companies, etc. They are committed not to posting any information that violates the law or contents affecting copyright and intellectual property.
- It is the member's responsibility to provide all necessary information when a dispute occurs between the employer and job seeker.
Article 12: Enforcement
1. This Regulation takes effect from the date of signing.
2. Getlinks reserves the right to change the Regulations and notify the website to all members.
3. Regulations will be supplemented continuously without prior notice. Participants are required to abide by this regulation.
Article 13: Terms of commitment
1. All members and partners participating in the service on Getlinks mean that they accept all terms of this Regulation.
